SHADES OF WHITE STYLED SHOOT
Spring has officially sprung in Croatia and, with it, dreams of warmer days and weddings by the sea. In the uncertain times that we currently live in, some inspiration and hope regarding the future of weddings is really welcome. We are here to do just that! A dreamy styled shoot in all shades of the colour white is here to remind you that love is not cancelled and we will have weddings back!
Istria is one of the most diverse regions of Croatia. Recognizable by cypress trees and vineyards, some would even compare it to Tuscany. Well located and easily reachable from the Middle-European countries, its popularity for destination weddings really comes as no surprise. The styled shoot was imagined as a German-Croatian fusion, due to the high interest in Croatia from German couples.
The iconic Kempinski Adriatic Hotel merges perfectly into the Istrian region, while offering splendid views of the Adriatic Sea. Its seaside location with a lovely natural beach and Mediterranean vegetation provided a perfect backdrop for the ceremony setup. There really is nothing more romantic than saying your vows with the sounds of the sea in the background.
The concept of the styled shoot was created by the talented wedding planner Anna Schulz of Anna Schulz Weddings. Her idea was to create an intimate wedding setup while expressing textures and elements in all shades of the colour white.
Flowers and decorations were provided by the experiences local vendor Studio Brzak. They used modern elements such as flower clouds to give the space a cosy look and feel. The stunning centrepieces were made with a mixture of fresh and dried flowers, while seashells were used as name tags. The highlight of the styling were hundreds of fairy lights which made the dinner setup even more romantic. All of the elements of the styled shoot were carefully chosen and merged together perfectly to create the final product.
