Changing the atmosphere of a space
Originally from the little island of Jersey, Michelle Rowsell made home wherever she rested her head. She found her love travelling upon the open waters and that’s how she met her Croatian husband, and came to be living in Split, Croatia for the last 8 years. Having trained professionally in musical theatre at The Guildford School of Acting, her musical taste is quite diverse.
As far as repertoire is concerned, from Michelle you can expect some old classics from Sam Cooke and the Shirelles as well as some contemporary pop/rock songs. She likes to explain her style as stripped back acoustic, finding her own take on modern and classic pop/rock songs. Changing the atmosphere of a space with her music and playing songs that unite people in the moment is what she loves the most. If she is not playing at a private event or a fabulous wedding, you can find Michelle Rowsell gigging regularly in town.
