Vlasta Weddings is run by a young married couple – Vladan and Emina – who say that doing photography for them feels as natural as breathing. Besides his formal education in photography, Vladan had the luck of being immersed in this world from an early age. He learned alongside his mother, who was a photographer for more than 35 years. Starting his photography journey as a child, learning on an analog camera, it is safe to say that photography has been a huge part of his life.
To Vladan and Emina, wedding photography is more than just making magazine worthy shots during the couple photo session. It is more about capturing the authentic moments that convey emotions of the day. When shooting, they prefer natural lighting and enjoy catching the spontaneous moments between the couple and their guests. They describe their own photography style as a combination of documentary and art photography techniques. With a background in fashion, Vlasta Weddings photos are sometimes said to look like fashion editorials.
