Brač is one of the largest and most beautiful Croatian islands, located in southern Dalmatia. It is known mostly for Brač white stone and the unique beach Zlatni Rat in Bol. We are on a mission to change that, as there is so much more to this beautiful island. Particularly considering some of the best wedding venues in Croatia are located there. Today, we would like to introduce one of them.
Puteus Palace is truly a treasure of Croatian architecture and cultural heritage, hiding in the peaceful village called Pučišća. Lovingly restored, today this palace houses a 5* heritage hotel, restaurant and a secret garden, perfect for intimate summer weddings. Which is why we have decided to name it our Venue of the Week.

Puteus Palace is a heritage hotel situated in a beautifully renovated palace from the year 1467. With over 550 years of history, it is one of the oldest palaces on the Adriatic coast. This stone oasis was “carved by the island” in its widely known white stone, and now you have the opportunity to crown your love right in these special surroundings.
Several locations inside the palace are available for wedding celebrations. The indoor restaurant can accommodate up to 40, while the outdoor terrace, located in the secret garden, can accommodate up to 75 wedding guests. The wedding menus at Puteus Palace are based on local ingredients, fresh fish & quality meats, with Mediterranean herbs and spices, all prepared according to traditional recipes and paired with amazing local wines.
