A 16th century villa restored to its full splendour
Villa Bunić Kaboga is a beautiful example of the 15th and 16th century Gothic-Renaissance architecture, including a porch, balcony, chapel and terraced gardens built in the same style. It is considered to be one of the 20 most valuable cultural monuments in Croatia and Dubrovnik countryside architecture of the 16th century.
After the villa was restored to its former glory and in its full splendour it is now a meeting place for enthusiasts of the rich heritage of Dubrovnik. It is managed by Dubrovačka baština d.o.o. (meaning Dubrovnik heritage), who offer this valuable space for commercial use – organization of concerts, exhibitions, workshops, christenings and of course weddings. There is even a small chapel where religious ceremonies can be held. This magical scenery in the summer gardens of Dubrovnik can be the location of your destination wedding in Croatia.
