SUMMER DREAMING STYLED SHOOT
Sunny days are upon us here in Croatia and with the approach of warmer weather, we would like to share some spring/summer wedding inspiration with you. The gorgeous “summer dreaming” styled shoot took place in one of the most beautiful wedding locations in Croatia – the Kempinski Adriatic Hotel in Istria.
The organizer, Anna Schulz from Anna Schulz Weddings, was mesmerized by the beauty of this location and immediately knew where she wanted the setup for the ceremony and the dinner to be. Working with both German and local suppliers, they managed to make real wedding magic together.
The penthouse suite terrace, with amazing views over the Adriatic Sea, was used as the setting for the ceremony. The setup was modern and romantic, with clear glass-effect chiavari chairs & beautiful colourful flowers everywhere. A cosy lounge area with big pillows was set up next to the Jacuzzi. The romantic feel of the ceremony was made even more special by the sun setting behind the horizon.
Dinner setup was made in a private garden, built into a little hill and with amazing sea views. Big, colourful and bright was how Anna Schulz imagined this setup. Local florist & decorating team from Studio Brzak were up to the task and created a beautiful atmosphere with fairy lights installations, big flowers that gave out an opulent, warm and welcoming feeling. The furniture was light coloured, perfectly complimented by the pink and blue flowers and further accentuated by the fairy light tunnel.
The bride, Sara, wore a beautiful airy dress with detachable sleeves from the German bridal boutique Brautblüte, which fit in perfectly with the Mediterranean scenery of the styled shoot. The groom Dino’s suit, from Amabilis Wedding boutique in Germany, was made out of light linen and perfectly complimented the bride’s dress.
